How to prevent thinning hair and hair loss in women.

I watched the Dr Oz show today and he was talking about thinning hair in women and how to prevent it.  He recommended several products.  Minoxidil was the first he suggested.  The lady that was helping him said she had never thought of using it because she thought it was for Men.

The other two supplements were Primrose and Blackcurrent oil.  He said to take 500mg twice a day of one or the other.   Dr Ox said these have shown that they have helped in preventing thinning hair.

They also talked about stents to help prevent heart attacks.

For women, thinning hair or outright hair loss is more than just a cosmetic concern.
